Notes

8/18/2012 - drank my first homebrew, and it was really good. Can't really say anything constructive here, but I didn't taste any off flavors. Going to let it sit for two more weeks and see how it holds up. Probably want to drink this one quickly as it had quite a bit of oxygen added during bottling
